Call for Abstracts: Networks 2021

Wednesday, February 17, 2021

Event Details

Special Announcements:

1. Abstract submissions deadline extended to Wednesday, Feb. 17, at noon ET.

Due to some conferences changes (read on), we have extended the abstract submission deadline. You are welcome to submit a new abstract and withdraw or edit an existing one here until the new deadline.

2. We are currently evaluating a fully virtual conference format.

Our conference steering committee is currently evaluating hybrid and virtual options for the conference, and we will have a more definitive announcement regarding the conference format in the coming weeks, pending conversations with the hotel.

3. We are adding virtual presentation hours more suitable for international presenters (particularly Asia-Pacific).

We learned that the majority of presentations are likely to be delivered remotely, and we are planning to incorporate more virtual presentation time slots to accommodate international participants (particularly Asia-Pacific) and are extending our abstract submission deadline following this change. More details on presentation hours to come.

Plus, all conference presentations will be recorded and available to view asynchronously on the conference platform.

4. Expect oral presentation, lightning talk, and poster decisions, as well as conference fee information, to be available by mid-March.

The decision on fees is heavily contingent on the conference format. In the meantime, find all major dates here.
